Price Match Terms & Conditions

1. We match the full cost offered by the competitor, including the product price, delivery charges and any mandatory fees.
2. Price match applies to identical products only: same brand, model, size, specification and availability.
3. The competitor must be a VAT‑registered UK retailer selling directly to consumers with a verifiable business presence.
4. We do not match prices from unauthorised dealers, marketplace listings (e.g., eBay), auction sites, liquidation sales or membership‑only offers.
5. Price match is valid per order and cannot be backdated or applied after purchase.
6. Promotional, clearance or time‑limited flash sale prices may not be eligible.

When Price Match May Be Declined

Frankly Flooring reserves the right to refuse a price match request if:

1. We cannot verify the competitor’s pricing or stock.
2. The product is listed with conditions, bundles or warranties that differ from our offer.
3. The competitor’s price includes terms not comparable to our standard pricing structure.
4. Frankly Flooring reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Price Match policy at any time.
