We’re pleased to offer a completely free sample service to help you find the perfect flooring for your home.

Due to increasing demand, all sample requests are subject to supplier availability. Whilst we make every effort to fulfil requests, unfortunately, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

As sample availability can change without prior notice, we may not always be able to provide individual updates on unsuccessful requests.

If your samples have not arrived within 7 working days, please assume they are currently unavailable. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
