MTH Underlayment Screw – 19mm (Box of 1500)
The MTH Underlayment Screw is specifically designed for fast, secure installation of underlayment to subfloors. Its advanced high-low thread profile provides superior holding power, reducing the potential for floor movement and virtually eliminating squeaks—offering a significant improvement over traditional nails.
A compact, countersunk trim head ensures a flush finish, preventing floor coverings from settling into screw recesses and preserving a smooth surface. Certified to EN 14592 (CE marked), the MTH screw is engineered for dependable performance in structural wood-to-wood applications.
Equipped with a ribbed head and sharp point for easy driving, it is perfectly suited for use with plywood, chipboard, and OSB, making it an ideal solution for professional wood flooring installations.

Product Description
MTHZ19E 19mm collated flooring screw.
Using fasteners longer than necessary can lead to screws protruding through the underside of floorboards. This has the potential to cause all sorts of problems including damaging water pipes, cables and underfloor heating. The 19mm flooring screw is a safer way to fix 6mm plywood whilst providing superior holding power that only a screw can provide, and eliminating floor squeaks, floor lift and withdrawal that can occur when using nails. With 50 screws per strip there is less time reloading and significantly reducing installation times. The collation design means that there are no missed screws and no waste.
This screw has a different collation to the other MTH screws and so requires a different Quik Drive attachment – QDBPC19EF
