Product Description

Karndean Scotia SCO-KP154 is a colour-matched finishing trim designed to complete Karndean LVT flooring installations with a clean and professional edge. Installed along the perimeter of a room, this scotia trim neatly conceals the expansion gap between the flooring and skirting boards, ensuring the finished installation looks tidy, seamless and professionally completed.

Manufactured to complement Karndean flooring collections, the SCO-KP154 scotia features a colour-coordinated finish that matches compatible Karndean LVT designs. This allows the trim to blend naturally with the installed flooring, maintaining a consistent and cohesive appearance throughout the space while enhancing the overall look of the floor.

In addition to improving the visual finish of the installation, the scotia trim also performs an important practical role. It covers the expansion space required around the edges of LVT flooring, allowing the floor to expand and contract naturally with changes in temperature and humidity. This helps protect the integrity of the flooring installation and supports long-term durability.

Suitable for use in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and hallways, Karndean Scotia SCO-KP154 is durable, easy to install and designed to provide the perfect finishing touch that completes your Karndean LVT flooring installation with a professional-quality result.
