Karndean Van Gogh – Cocoa Apres Oak SM-VGW145T

Product Description

Bring timeless elegance and rich natural character into your home with Karndean Van Gogh Cocoa Apres Oak SM-VGW145T Herringbone, a beautifully detailed oak-effect luxury vinyl flooring that combines traditional parquet styling with modern durability. Featuring deep tobacco shades, warm cognac undertones and distinctive natural wood grain, this sophisticated flooring creates a luxurious appearance inspired by authentic European oak.

The rich brown colouring of Cocoa Apres Oak makes it particularly appealing for homeowners seeking a warm, characterful interior. Inspired by oak from a Bavarian mountain forest, its realistic knots, flowing grain patterns and textured embossed finish capture the natural beauty of aged timber, adding depth and individuality to every plank.

Unlike the standard Cocoa Apres Oak plank format, SM-VGW145T features smaller 457mm x 114mm planks specifically designed for herringbone installations. This traditional laying pattern creates an elegant zigzag arrangement that introduces movement and visual interest, making it an excellent choice for both contemporary and classic interiors.

The combination of rich timber tones and decorative herringbone styling works beautifully alongside neutral furnishings, traditional wooden furniture, modern cabinetry and luxurious interior finishes. Whether you’re creating a statement living room, updating a hallway or designing a sophisticated open-plan kitchen, Cocoa Apres Oak Herringbone provides a distinctive flooring solution.

Part of the Karndean Van Gogh Gluedown collection, this premium luxury vinyl flooring combines the appearance of natural hardwood with outstanding everyday practicality. Its 3mm overall thickness and durable 0.55mm wear layer provide excellent resistance to regular household foot traffic, while the protective K-Guard+ PU surface treatment helps guard against everyday scuffs and spills.

The fully waterproof construction makes Cocoa Apres Oak Herringbone suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and other busy areas where traditional hardwood flooring may require additional maintenance. Its easy-clean surface eliminates the need for sanding, staining or varnishing, allowing you to maintain its beautiful appearance with regular sweeping and occasional mopping.

Each plank features subtle micro-bevelled edges, enhancing the definition of the individual boards and creating an authentic parquet flooring appearance. The gluedown installation method provides a secure, stable finish when fitted over a correctly prepared subfloor.
