Kelmore – One Coat DPM Fast is a high-performance, fast-curing 2-part epoxy damp proof membrane designed to protect floor installations from residual construction moisture and rising damp. Suitable for both residential and commercial applications, it can be used on a wide range of subfloors including concrete, cementitious screeds, calcium sulphate/anhydrite screeds, heated screeds, and existing tiled surfaces.
Formulated to accommodate moisture levels up to 98% RH in cementitious screeds and concrete, and up to 90% RH in calcium sulphate/anhydrite screeds, One Coat DPM Fast provides a reliable solution where a structural damp proof membrane is absent or ineffective. Its solvent-free, fast-drying formulation allows for quicker project turnaround times, becoming hard, dry, and tack-free in approximately 4½ hours at 20°C.
Designed for ease of application, the product is applied using a V-notched trowel and roller to create a smooth, continuous coating free from pinholes. It is also fully compatible with Kelmore moisture tolerant levelling and smoothing compounds, making it ideal for professional flooring preparation prior to installing adhesives or floor finishes
