Mapei Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus is a professional high-temperature, hard-set flooring adhesive designed for resilient and textile floor coverings. Its highly shear-resistant formulation provides fast initial grab, rapid setting and excellent dimensional stability, making it particularly suitable for demanding LVT, PVC and rubber flooring installations.

Designed for interior floors and walls, Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus can be used on level, absorbent substrates and is suitable for underfloor heating systems. It is capable of withstanding intense static and dynamic loads in residential, commercial and industrial environments, including hospitals, shopping centres and airports. It is also suitable for areas exposed to chair castors in accordance with EN 12529.

Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus is suitable for bonding LVT, homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC, sheet and tile rubber flooring, multilayer PVC and rubber wall coverings. Its universal formulation can also be used with textile flooring, Action-Bac® carpet, needle-punch flooring, flocked flooring, VCT, linoleum, PUR and polyolefin floor coverings.

The adhesive is supplied ready to use and combines a fast, strong initial grab with a rigid and cohesive final adhesive film. This provides very good peel strength, high shear resistance and excellent dimensional stability, helping to prevent joints from opening after installation.

Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus is designed as a wet-bed adhesive with little waiting time. Under standard conditions, it has a waiting time of approximately 5–10 minutes and an open time of approximately 20–30 minutes. Floors can take light foot traffic after approximately 3–5 hours and are ready for use after approximately 24–48 hours.

Available in both 5kg and 15kg drums, Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus is a versatile option for everything from smaller LVT installations to larger commercial flooring projects.
