Bostik HYTEC E570 ONE COAT is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy surface damp proof membrane (DPM) supplied in pre-measured resin and hardener packs for simple mixing, consistent quality, and reliable on-site application.
Engineered to suppress residual construction moisture in cementitious subfloors, it allows floor coverings to be installed earlier in the build process, helping to shorten project timelines without compromising performance.
On smooth, power-floated concrete, a single-coat application provides effective moisture control for subfloors with hygrometer readings of up to 97% relative humidity (RH). The system is also suitable for calcium sulphate screeds (up to 87% RH) and, in certain conditions, can be used in conjunction with underfloor heating systems.
